FCHC Urology is located on the second floor of the FCHC South Medical office building on the campus of Fulton County Health Center at 725 South Shoop Avenue in Wauseon.

Charles Lash, MD
Dr. Charles Lash and his team at FCHC Urology are dedicated to serving the urological needs of Fulton County and the surrounding communities. Our focus is to treat each patient with the highest level of care for his or her medical needs. FCHC Urology was formally known as Advance Urology and Continence Center. In June of 2020 they joined FCHC Medical Care and were renamed FCHC Urology. Our office is located on the second floor of the FCHC South Medical Office Building on the campus of Fulton County Health Center. Dr. Lash has been part of the Fulton County Health Center’s Active Medical Staff since 2008 and has full urology surgical privileges at FCHC.
